New Feature - Reviewer Recruitment Form
Admins can now create a Reviewer Recruitment Form for prospective reviewers to complete.
The form collects key details, including reviewer information and reviewer categories. These are automatically tracked within the Reviewers table, making it easy to review applications and accept or reject reviewers as needed.

Update - Delegate Registration Table
Admins can now add and remove columns to the delegate registration table and freeze the left-hand column on the table, enabling the admin to coordinate this column as they scroll across the table.
