When attendees purchase tickets to your event through our delegate registration, admins can now ask for their address.
To add the address field to your form, go to your delegate registration form and click on Add Question and then select Address from the drop-down.
A pop-up screen will appear to the right for you to edit (if you wish to) and save to your form.
We have updated the Speaker Management form to include speakers' job titles. we've also enabled the function for attendees to click on a speaker on the programme and view all corresponding information about the speaker, including:

Speaker Management - Bulk Upload Speakers
Admins can now choose whether they'd like to upload speakers to the system in bulk or manually.
Speaker Management - Updated Columns on the Table
Columns on the Speaker Management table now include "Last Emailed", which includes the time and date communication was sent.
There is also an Admin Note section for each invited speaker.
The navigation for Delegate Registration has been updated to obtain key information more easily.
We have made the following improvements to the Delegate Registration Form:
Questions can now be duplicated
The 'type' of question can be changed either when creating a question or once it has been created
Limits can now be set on the number of selectable options
A specific email address question can be added
You can bulk add question options for radio/checkbox questions
We have improved the event setup flow.
Admins can either create a new event or, if they've used Oxford Abstracts previously, admins can now copy their existing event.
You can now collect and manage invited speakers separately from the standard submission flow.
Create a customisable speaker form to gather speaker details and information about their talks.
Speakers can submit via a shareable link, or organisers can add and edit them directly in the system.
Speakers and their talks can then be attached to programme sessions, and in the programme view, attendees can see speaker profiles, talk details, and any uploaded documents.

We've introduced a redesigned session overlay to make exploring your programme faster and more intuitive.
When a session is selected, a panel now slides out on the right-hand side of the screen, displaying key session details. Attendees can easily view abstracts, speaker information, and more within the panel without leaving the programme.
Because everything opens within the overlay, attendees never lose their place—simply click the "X" to return to where you left off.
The event invoice design has been refreshed with a cleaner, more modern look to enhance clarity and overall visual appeal.
Admins can also now preview the invoice in real time while editing it.
The client dashboard has been transformed with a sleek new design that delivers a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

Cvent — Export conference sessions from Oxford Abstracts into Cvent software.
IDLoom — Import registration data from IDLoom into Oxford Abstracts and see which submitters and authors have registered.
Eventsair — Export registration information from Eventsair and upload into Oxford Abstracts, so you can see which submitters and authors have registered.
Swapcard — Export program sessions from Oxford Abstracts and import into Swapcard.
Conference Compass — Export session information from Oxford Abstracts and upload into Conference Compass.
Admins can now resend selected receipts and invoices directly from the registration table.

There have been improvements to Oxford Abstracts Virtual Conference platform with regard to accessibility, including the registration and authentication working towards WCAG 2.2 AA.
New designs, fonts and styling have been added to certificates.
Admins can now create a Reviewer Recruitment Form for prospective reviewers to complete.
The form collects key details, including reviewer information and reviewer categories. These are automatically tracked within the Reviewers table, making it easy to review applications and accept or reject reviewers as needed.

Admins can now upgrade their package through their Oxford Abstracts account without contacting us.
Admins can now cancel unpaid add-ons on delegate registration.
Comments on Posters and Submissions are now on by default.
