Through extensive consultation with our clients, we have designed a dynamic, feature-rich platform that will create an exceptional online exhibition experience for event organisers, exhibitors and attendees.

Just enter the name and email of your exhibitor, and configure the highly-flexible settings to suit your conference needs.
If you’re used to spending countless hours setting up booths, constant back-and-forth feedback and endless reworking, you’ll be pleased to know you can now ditch all this time-wasting and stress for good.
Exhibitors have complete control and ownership of their booths in their Exhibitor Portal, and can simply add all the information they want to showcase their goods and services using the interactive page builder, which means you can get on with the task of organising your conference.
All you have to do is share the sign-in link with them. They can then log-in and get started instantly with configuring their booth, but admins can still access and edit booths if any changes are needed, for added flexibility.
We know one of the key challenges with virtual exhibitions is getting attendees to view and interact with exhibitor booths in a meaningful way. To overcome this, we’ve created some handy and innovative features that offer digital equivalents of real-world conference experiences:
Hand-outs, offers and freebies
- Exhibitors can create unique offers that attendees claim after initial interaction.
- Attendees can send direct messages to the exhibitors from the booth pages.
- Exhibitors, admins and attendees can share a direct link to specific exhibitor booths in the chat feature, driving traffic and qualified leads to your exhibitors.
Your exhibitors have access to real-time updates on their leads by capturing attendee details when they make key interactions with an exhibitor, such as:
- activating a booth offer
- starting a private chat
- accepting a chat message from an exhibitor
- manually adding a relevant lead.
Exhibitors can then simply contact attendees, and even add notes about their conversation, should they wish.
Monitoring the performance of a booth is an essential part of the exhibitor experience. You can let your exhibitors see what worked and what didn’t, to help create a clear and detailed view of their ROI.
