For small conferences with 10-30 submissions, collecting abstracts with email and online forms is a perfectly feasible way to do things (although you might want to let our FREE version handle the job). However, there can be many pitfalls when it comes to organising larger events without an abstract submission platform such as ours. It can be hard to know which of the submissions are complete, especially if the submission form changes part way through the call for papers. You get a clear view of the submissions that are complete and the inbuilt email functionality will let you easily contact the authors of incomplete submissions, saving you heaps of time and hassle.

We offer a FREE tier of our abstract submission platform, which, although it has limitations, allows you to collect submissions and communicate with all users in the system with the email feature.
