‘Each of our team members has different areas of expertise, so regardless of the nature of your query, it will be assigned to the team member best suited to help you.
If you need a little extra support, we will be happy to get on the phone and talk you through your issue. Alternatively, we can arrange a video call and share screens so we can walk you through things visually.’
